"The area is experiencing huge growth," he says. "It's right on the train line to Sydney's CBD, which is obviously a benefit for commuting, and it's also served by major trunk roads like the M4 and M2."

"In Caddens, median house prices have risen by 59% over the past three years, which may reflect changes in the composition of the suburb following recent development," Mr Ryan explained

Meanwhile, median rents have risen over 11% to $720 per week.

"In addition to all the amenities, Cadence is close to the Blue Mountains, so it also has great lifestyle appeal," Ryan added.

Amenities and greenery
Barrett explains that Westwood Estates was designed to provide residents with the most convenient lifestyle possible.

"The community is less than 10 minutes from the Kingswood and Werrington train stations, and the new Orchard Hills Metro station is planned nearby and is expected to be completed in 2026," she says.
